I participated in HuskyHacks 2.0 and won the prize for best first-time hack. Many thanks to my good friend Perri who was the other half of the team.
In the project, we built a terrarium that tells the weather. Mimicking what is outside, it is able to mimic rain, lightning, and sunny or overcast conditions. It uses the weather underground API on an attached laptop, which communicates with an Arduino which controls an LED light strip and water pump.
